These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the alfatahonline.com website and the AlfatahOnline Android app (together, the “Service”), operated by AlfatahOnline (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using our Service

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us, and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Products, pricing & availability

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information, and to cancel or refuse any order, including after it has been placed, if a product is unavailable or listed incorrectly — we will notify you and issue a refund if you have already paid.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm and process your order. Payment must be completed through one of our accepted payment methods before an order is dispatched, except where cash-on-delivery is offered and selected.

Shipping

Shipping costs, timelines, and any free-shipping thresholds shown on the site at checkout apply to your order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within the return window stated on the site at the time of your purchase, for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging, unless a product is defective or not as described. To start a return, contact us using the details below. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

The Android app

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlfatahOnline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
